FEB 2020 – WORKSHOP WITH FERREOL BABIN
The principle was to experiment and handle simple systems with a light bulb, paper, cardboard, diffusing materials, etc… From these observations and surprises, I designed objects re-producing these light effects. Including movement was important, because the object will have to be manipulated. Through this project, I wanted to experiment with light’s movement by transforming it. After a few manipulations, I observed that colour perception depends on the light source colour. I explored this phenomenon through this circular shape, alternating between diffusing and receptive surfaces.
IRO
With IRO immerse yourself in a hypnotising and colourful atmosphere. Modulate it to match your mood by turning the pages, and letting yourself get lost in the light effects. Change the colouring dimension by multiplying the models. On the wall or next to you, IRO stays by your side.
